Returns Policy

EHG will happily refund our customers the cost of any product, if we have been notified within 14 days of receipt of the relevant goods.

The customer has a further14 days to return the item/s unopened and in good condition whereupon the EHG will refund the customer.

Refunds will be given within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.

Refunds, however, will not be given if the bag has been opened but customer no longer wants the item.
